FAR is looking for an Independent Board Member, starting January 2022

The FAR Nominations and Remunerations Committee (NRC) advises that there is one vacancy for an independent representative on the FAR Board commencing 1 January 2022. Board Members shall hold their position for a maximum of 3 terms of 3 years unless advised otherwise.
The Board will provide the NRC with a list of skills required by the current Board and the NRC will call for applications for the roles available. The NRC will compile the candidates and make a recommendation to the Member’s Council.
The NRC will put forward the name(s) of the preferred candidate(s) to the Members' Council for final approval at the AGM.
If you are interested, send your application to David Birkett, Chair of the NRC. Contact details djbirkett@xtra.co.nz; 027 313 2768
