Cocksfoot Downy Mildew Research Seminar

Join us for an informative afternoon focused on the latest research into managing downy mildew in cocksfoot seed crops. This seminar is a valuable opportunity to gain practical insights into the most effective disease control strategies, based on results from four years of targeted fungicide trials.

You will hear from FAR's Sean Weith as he covers; downy mildew trial results from the past four seasons, fungicide options for different cocksfoot growth stages, disease management and fungicide management for other key diseases affecting cocksfoot seed crops. 

You'll also hear from Lincoln University PhD candidates:
- Rui Zhao – Epidemiology of the cocksfoot downy mildew pathogen
- Sandar Tun – Control of downy mildew using biocontrol agents
