Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unable to attend, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify conference manager, Charlotte Hawkins by email if you choose to do this. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a $50 cancellation fee will be made, provided notification is received by 31 January 2024. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the conference organising committee.
